Let me start by giving you a fire update...
The fire is staying at 2000 acres and is 20% contained as of this morning.

Luckily although as of yesterday it was only 5% contained, it sure "looked" a lot better as I was driving home from the LA Fairgrounds and past the source.
I was coming from the fairgrounds after picking up Cosette photographs and winning ribbons from the photo contest.
Boy oh boy do the fairgrounds look different when they have wrapped things up.

As you can notice - my pictures were still coming out LAME and out of focus. I went to the Apple store last night and had to get the phone camera replaced.
I happened to be watching Mika and had her in tow as we browsed (and she cartwheeled) around the mall for a bit. We then did some shopping at Mother's before heading back to the Apple store to pick up my phone and it is now as good as new.
