Tanya's Daily Scoop CURRENTLY TRAVELING IN: PARK CITY, UTAH
A Day in Midway...
Greetings once again from Park City, Utah!
Today is my last ski day of the 2015-16 season - this day comes every year and when it does I am generally ready (although I'd love for the season to go on and on and on).
Then as each new spring passing storm appears on radar I will feel a slight tug at my heart and wish that I were mountainside to swoosh down my beloved slopes.
But at the end of yet another successful season, I have no complaints and have only wonderful memories from each of my ski trips.
Yesterday as promised to Dominic, we spent off of the slopes and instead trekked around the resort and took a stroll to the Wasatch Mountain State Park.
The day started out with it snowing and believe me when I say that I enjoyed watching every bit of it. But as the hours passed, the clouds had parted and the bright blue skies made their appearance. It was a glorious day.
I couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful. As we trekked, we found an old farm and a resting American Highland Cattle, bathing in the sunlight.
At the Wasatch Mountain State Park, Dominic and I took in the magnificent views and planned to feed the water fowl at the nearby pond. There were many geese and a variety of ducks all vying for the next tossed piece of day old bread, all while we were deeply inhaling the crisp fresh mountain air - it was really delicious!
When we got back to our suite, I continued working on my Aug/Sept trip - which if I may say so myself "is coming along quite lovely!"
Just because I'm on one trip doesn't mean that I can't work on my upcoming trips!
Well my friends please wish me a most wonderful day out there on the slopes. I hope that I don't tear up on my last run.. But not to fear, once I get back home I need to start working on our 2016-17 ski trips - which I know will be EPIC!!!
Okay time for me to go now... -T

Remembering Hershey, PA
Hey Guys, I'm writing you from the office of the Oral Surgeon. Both girlies are having teeth extracted today.
We did have an early morning appointment, but unfortunately, we are still here.
Kelsey came through with flying colors - her little front baby tooth is out. It took less than a minute to get it out!
Gianna is next. She also has two baby teeth that need to come out, but she has yet to go in.
So, I thought i would have more time to write, but unfortunately, I will need to get my other girlie into the room to have her procedure done, so this is a quick one folks.
Tomorrow i head up to the Bronx for my Grand Concourse Tour! I'm so excited!
Well, with it being Throwback Thursday, and in honor of "teeth," I'm takin' it back to August 2013 when I took the kids to Hershey, Pennsylvania!!
Love the Hershey Kiss Street Lights!!
This was one of my favorite trips! We had a blast!!
I have to tell you, as much as I love traveling to Europe and around the world, some of my most favorite trips have been to cities throughout the U.S.!
I think it's time to plan another one soon!!
Ok peeps, I've got to get these sleepy girls into the car and get them home!!
