Who else is stoked that it's Friday???
When I'm traveling, I really don't even know what day it is. I just stick to my agenda and have a blast (most of the time). But when I'm home I definitely look forward to the weekend for fun!
This weekend I am heading down to San Diego and participating in the 10th Annual Bike the Bay cycling event. The only day of the year when it is possible to pedal over the Coronado Bridge.
Who else is stoked that it's Friday???

It's been 2 years since riding in this event - as last year Dave and I were off wandering in Europe and about to cycle the Hebridean Trail in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. WooHoo

Well that was a fun little FLASH BACK!
I actually surprised myself yesterday and unpacked 2 out of 3 pieces of luggage from our End of Summer Road Trip. And although I started to pack for this weekend - I'm not quite finished yet. I've made sure to have all of my cycling needs taken care of, but still need to pack for everyday wear.
Speaking of all this cycling the past 2 days, I've got a wonderful surprise for you...

Another thing that I've realized is that I have ECLIPSE FEVER...
And I know that I shared with you a road trip that I've already planned out for 2024 and I've never planned out that far until doing so. WELL I guess I've opened the flood gates in my Travelers A.D.D. mind, because now I've got the beginnings of a trip planned for 2026...

I'm heading back to Iceland. Well I'm pretty sure that I'll be back there before 2027, but I'm definitely planning to be there to catch yet another ECLIPSE - 9 years from now!!!
