Couldn't run away from the heat though - it's mighty HOT here too, but I suppose that's only to be expected.
No matter how many times as I've been to good ol' Las Vegas I still like playing up the tourist is me.
Throwback Thursday - An Underage Gambler!
Why do they consider children over 9yrs old adults???

But before I go on with Vegas shenanigans I wanna give you a sneak peak at yesterday back in Sunny and currently VERY HOT SoCal...
For starters, I had a busy run around sort of day. One stop was going to visit Dream, where it was a-freakin-106 degrees out! Holy Hotness. Luckily my Arctic Cool "Scarf" kept me kinda comfortable.
While there I also didn't mind getting misted as Cosette gave her big baby a cooling bath.

After the visit, we were in a bit of a rushy poo to get out of Orange County and down to San Diego to go see the One Republic concert. And that is how we kicked started our weekend...

To remind you - it's been years and years that Jet, Andrew and Chaplin have come to Las Vegas with us. It was actually Labor Day weekend 2013...
Las Vegas fun for all ages!
Chaplin has been so excited about coming on this trip - between the planning and the talks about the plans and the packing and the planning about the packing - can you tell that she's has been reminding me sooooo much of myself!!
Time to go and have fun - Vegas style!
