Do you know what day it is?Hi there! Here we are on another Saturday and today happens to be International Chocolate Day! NICE!!! A special day for a special treat! I'm definitely a chocolate fan, so hopefully I can go find myself a goodie that's worthy of having on such a fun day!! Here are some interesting reads:

And aside from eating chocolate today, we'll be starting the day out with going to our recent usual Saturday morning Cinnamon Roll and Acai Bowl spot Green Bliss Cafe. I get the Acai Bowl and the kiddies go for the vegan Cinnamon Rolls! 
Before I go any further, you are probably noticing that we switched sides on the Daily this morning! Just checking and see if you are paying attention and keep you on your toes!! LOL So anyhow, the rest of my day will consist of taking Dominic to his Saturday morning class, keeping cool, definitely getting my hair done (I might completely change it - I'm kinda bored with it), keeping cool, picking up my new camera, 
Where'd I leave off?? Oh yea...keeping cool, shopping for Cosette's birthday, keeping cool, etc, etc... As far as yesterday went, well Dominic did a bit of filming (he is starring in a short film directed by Jet), he also had a butterfly land on him! Which was pretty cool! 
I also want to be sure you didn't miss out on yesterday's FOODIE FRIDAY, about L.A.s Newest Hot Spot - Crossroads Kitchen! And as for travel, we still haven't bought Dave's tickets for Albuquerque quite yet :( The fare jumped, and we are hoping that there's a possibility of it going down midweek. If not then it's like I always say "You Snooze, You Lose!" What I did manage to finally do last night was purchase our (the kids and my) flight back to Cali after our trip to Iceland, and spending Thanksgiving in NYC! Whew glad that's taken care of! Now, today also happens to be the day before my little Kelsey's 8th Birthday. This afternoon I'll be heading to Toys R Us to get the accessories Kelsey asked for her American Girl dolls. Now, luckily there are "generic" accessories for 18" dolls and it's not necessary to buy these things from The American Girl Doll store. I think she's going to be so excited to get the bunk bed!

I have to say, Kelsey LOVES her American Girl dolls and plays with them constantly. Can't wait to get her presents. We are also going to surprise her with a bicycle!!! For that, we will take her to the store to pick one out! Ok, so this coming week I am going to start getting my things together for the New Mexico Road trip - only 3 weeks to go!!! I cannot wait to visit the Southwest. It's been too many years since I've been to that part of the U.S. I'll show and tell you more about what I'm packing for me and the girls in the coming days! I love packing - gets me so excited for the trip!!! Don't forget to eat lots of chocolate today! See you back tomorrow!!! -E
