I'm pretty sure it's Friday!
I can't tell you how many times that I confused myself as to what day it is!
"It's Friday...no don't get ahead of yourself, it's Thursday. It's Thursday...no how can that be...yesterday was Thursday!!"
Anyhow...it's FRIDAY! And it's another weekend!
Plus it's FOODIE FRIDAY to boot!!

So, how are you guys doing today? Did you have a good week?
You're probably notching by now that today is the third consecutive day that it's just me the one Travelin' Cousin.
Well my dear cousin Elisa hasn't been feeling too well, plus she is having a very busy and stress filled week, which certainly isn't helping her well being.
I don't know about you, but I certainly miss her around here and hope that she feels better ASAP.
Please join me as we send her a wave of positive wishes and kind thoughts.

Now let me tell you a bit about yesterday...
I got to thinking about my 2017 Euro Winter Trip (which in case you didn't know I am very excited about) and so I wanted to make some reservations...
Ya know when there is an event that we are going for - I hate not getting central accommodations and finding hotels SOLD OUT. So with this trip being about both the FIS Alpine World Championships and the Venetian Winter Carnaval, these are two high profile events and I REALLY want to secure our stay!
But it seems like I have to wait, it's too early to make reservations. UGH
Can you believe that I am planned so far out, that I can't even plan/book some of this stuff.
Yeah, I'm sure you feel my pain. lol
BTW - Have you even asked where I'm going in 14 Days??

Well I have a rather addictive personality and can be a bit compulsive. Sooooo with that being said, as I've said it before, my mind seriously runs on Travel and Food!

So, as you know (because you follow me each and every day) unless you are new here - that we were suppose to go to the movies on Monday night to see The Walk starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
I put it off until tonight and now that is our plan, but now there is a slight hiccup.
As of today the movie is now only playing semi locally at 2 theaters that aren't exactly nearby. Boo.
Well Cosette went to the stables yesterday with my mom, Jet and Chaplin. So today is my turn to take her to see Dream again.
Off to the Stables. Stables. Stables we go!
