Elisa on the mend...again

Hello Guys!

Sorry I was on hiatus yesterday.  This darn cold had me feeling really under the weather this week.  After dropping off the girls yesterday, I decided to just rest.

I am not sure what is going on, the past 30 days with my health, but I can only say that it's also been a month of healing and maybe the sickness is just the purging of all these old emotions and energy.

I really believe that all of our negative energy gets stuck in us from past hurts, pains, and trauma and when we do our healing work, the energy shift from letting go causes a bit of upheaval in our bodies. 

So, I'm pretty confident I'm on the right path with all my letting go.

Ok, enough of my philosophizing!  Did you guys catch Tanya's blog yesterday about her upcoming China trip??

Now, as for the rest of the weekend, I'm supposed to go on my Hamilton-Washington Historical Tour of Lower Manhattan tomorrow.  This will potentially be the second time I've cancelled (UGH!!)  But, if my congestion is not better by tomorrow, I will have no choice by to do so.  Keeping my fingers crossed I'm MUCH better in the morning.

Anyway...I know today is Friday and I usually have my weekly column in ThisIsTheBronx.info, however, today, my article got bumped for a 5-part series about the history of the Bronx.    CLICK HERE for the link for all five parts. ​

Well, my dears, I'm going to take yet another day of resting and I'll be back tomorrow!
