Re-Cap Port Jefferson Visit with Afternoon Tea
Hello!! Isn't it great that the weekend is still here? It felt like Saturday yesterday, but it was only Friday and we still have the whole weekend!!
I have an early start this morning as Punkin has a vet appointment. This darn rash is back - ugh. I decided I am done with feeding her commercial food. I'm doing what I did with my dear Liberty (RIP) - I'm cooking her fresh food each night. It's a pain in the butt, but at least I know what she is ingesting.

Now, to my day in Port Jefferson yesterday!
First of all, it was a GORGEOUS weather day!!! Clear as can be, cold and wintry, which made the day extra special. The hour drive seemed to go by super quick as me and Aunt Ro gabbed away and the girls were doing their own thing in the back. Our first stop was Secret Garden Tea Cafe on Main Street. Our reservation was for 11:30 and the place was already packed by the time we arrived! I'll let the photos speak for themselves...

Everything was so yummy and themed for Christmas!! Absolutely adorable!!

Holiday Shopping and Birthday Prep
Hey Guys!
I was out of the house before 6a this morning, and I'm stopping back here to gather my thoughts, bop in to say "Hi" and to pick up Dave and then off I go again into the Birthday and Holiday shopping yonder! I haven't really chatted with Elisa, so I'm not sure what she is up to today. But I do know that I saw the pics from yesterday's afternoon tea and it looked wonderful. I was not about to leave the house yesterday during the Black Friday sales mania and until just before my mani/pedi I did just that...Stayed home. Much more to do and to prep for Las Vegas which is onl yin a few short days. So on that note I'm gonna head back out and catch up with you tomorrow, -Travelin' Tanya
