Apparently (as usual) I bring sunshine wherever I go and I've brought the sunshine to Seattle. LOL

This typically overcast and rainy city has had nothing but clear days and blue skies since we arrived and meanwhile SoCal has had a downpour of rain (and rainbows!)

Go figure.  

You know how much I absolutely love the rain and that I'm a self proclaimed Pluviopile...

But while I love the rain, the one thing it's actually not all that great for IMO is pictures. So I am totally appreciating the lighting that we've been blessed with thus far.

Yesterday was a day full of food, fun, and fotos! 

We had lunch at a longtime favorite and the country's (and probably the WORLD'S) first ever 100% vegan Pizzeria - Pizza Pi...

I've been eating at enjoying these 2 vegan favorites (Pizza Pi & Might O Donuts) since my first visit to Seattle back in 2008!

Between our munchies we had stopped and shopped at Vegan Haven (formally known as 'Pigs Peace' - a not for profit vegan grocery store that donates to a local pig sanctuary).

And then it was all about catching the sunset at Discovery Park and West Point Lighthouse.

We hadn't spent as long as we would've liked at the park, as my knee was giving me issues, the sun was going down, it was a bit chilly and we were parked in a tow away no parking zone "shhhhh". LOL

Our next stop after Discovery Park was heading to the REI flagship store in downtown Seattle - which happens to be one of my favorite stores and pretty much always gets me over stimulated because there is just soooo much to see and sooo much that I want! LOL

Dinner reservations at Harvest Beat was next and lastly before  heading back to the hotel we had to stop at Central Coop for some supplies for todays outing...
