Thanksgiving Cooking

Hello and Happy Wednesday!!

Today is the day before Thanksgiving and me and my gang are already busy cooking for tomorrow. I know that Tanya and I are going to be posting our menus for the day.

This year, I am cooking an all-vegan meal! My dear cuz was so proud of me!!

I was just texting Tanya and she is knee deep in cooking today, so she will jump on her side a little later on.

For me, I don't have a huge crowd, so cooking will be a bit easier.  I have three more dishes to make and I'm done!

So, I'm going to make this a quick one!  However...I did read an interesting article in Travel & Leisure which I will share with you -
