SO MUCH TO WRITE! SO LITTLE TIME!! Wow this week went by super fast! Here it is another spectacular weather Saturday on Long Island. Headed out to the barn for a day of riding for Gianna and Kelsey. I was just looking at my "To Do" and I cannot believe how much writing I have to get done!! The trips, the restaurants and meals, the entertainment reviews! I have so many stories I want to share! Gonna sit outside in the beautiful sunshine, let the delicious breeze blow through my hair and WRITE!!! Can't think of a better way to spend my day! (well, at least until the kids get back!) I for one got a few extra winks this morning (think I needed them). Elisa and I have been super busy bees with getting things going for Travelin Cousins. And just so you know we literally get excited with each and every new like, comment, and follow! LIKES from all over the world! Keep it coming! Looks like today is definitely gonna be a Hat Day for me. My hair is not cooperating whatsoever! We're heading to Green Bliss Cafe this morning because they are the only place in OC that carry fresh vegan Cinnamon Rolls (from Life is Sweet Bake Shop). YUMMY! The rest of the day will be Dominic's classes, and then later this afternoon the kids have an International Peace Choir performance at the Santa Ana Zoo for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The only problem is that Cosette doesn't know where she put her costume after her last performance! Afterwards I'm hoping to go to the bookstore (to look at travel books of course), and then to dinner..so far the kids voted for Native Foods, and Dave voted for FreeSoul Caffe.
