A Brand New DayHowdy!! Am I glad it's a new day! Yesterday was filled with its share of calamities. I was suffering from a sinus infection and feeling very draggy. The gray, misty weather didn't help either. In spite of being slightly under the weather, I did manage to accomplish a great deal on the travel front. I finalized my hotel accommodations for the Venice segment of my Italy trip in August, and made all the necessary train reservations for traveling from city to city throughout the country. I will be posting more on the itinerary of my Italy trip within the next few days, so stay tuned! I also finished a feature for our Throwback Thursday segment, which you can catch next Thursday, entitled, Treasure Hunt at the Louvre. All in all it was a productive day! However, late yesterday evening, Tedd was finalizing some boards for one of his lawsuits (did I mention he is a lawyer??) and stupidly decided to cut one of the presentation boards with a straight edge razor blade and gashed his finger. We had to rush him to the emergency clinic, where he received five stitches in his right index finger. That put a bit of a damper on the evening. On a happier note, I'm so excited about today's Throwback Thursday feature by Tanya. It's sure to give you a few laughs! Give it all you've got. Love it with a passion because life truly does give back, many times over, what you put into it.” -T |
