Gorgeous Day Prepping for Gianna's Birthday

Hey Guys, 
I'm super sorry this is a quickie, but I couldn't let the day go by without saying hello!!!

I was up bright and early, as I had some shopping to do for my Gianna's 15th Birthday tomorrow. 

Had to get some vegan specialties namely Vegan Spinach Ravioli and a Vegan Cake.  Pictures will follow in Friday's blog, since we will be celebrating tomorrow evening.

I also managed to squeeze in a 3 mile walk around my neighborhood, which includes the beautiful campus of Adelphi University, which is chock full of lovely gardens, flowers and trees.

I took some pics this morning and now I'm off to another doctor appointment with Dad.

I'll be back tomorrow!!!!
