Yes, that's right - we had yet another downpour of this darn white stuff yesterday and through the night. Not terrible accumulation, BUT...they're predicting more tonight!! I have to say, this Las Vegas trip kind of snuck up on me. So, last night I spent a few hours booking dinner and brunch reservations for me, Danielle and Cheryl. I booked dinners at the following restaurants: > Buddy V's at the Venetian > Sinatra at the Encore at the Wynn: Dinner > Morel's Steakhouse at the Venetian: Brunch over the weekend > Delmonico's Steakhouse at the Venetian We don't want to be too locked down with plans and leave a little to being spontaneous. These girls are looking to relax and not have to run around, as that is what their daily lives are all about.  Bellagio Conservatory, Las Vegas (courtesy Trip Advisor) Tanya strongly suggested we visit the Belaggio Conservatory and Gardens. which is beautiful and has a changing theme often. We had a slight change of plans yesterday, and rather then heading to Kirkwood Ski Resort, the weather was so nice that we instead decided to go to the beautiful Emerald Bay, and to Camp Richardson.   Emerald Bay Although we come up here for vacation around twice a year, I haven’t been up to Emerald Bay since Cosette was around 2 years old!!    I spoke to a local yesterday and he asked what our ski plans were, I told him that we would be going to Heavenly, Northstar, and to Kirkwood on this trip and he raved about how awesome the conditions are after this recent storm! So excited! Once we arrived at our “home away from home” Cosette set up the Monopoly game board and all four of us started playing…and it's still set up! There was no way that we were about to finish - since we eventually needed to eat dinner, and Dave was totally exhausted and was already beginning to collapse of the couch! After dinner, it was time to watch a DVD “Big Hero 6” - which I hear was good! Why do I only hear that it was good? Because I totally crashed out in front of the TV even before the opening credits! Today, I let the gang sleep a bit later than the 4am wake up call that we had yesterday. We’ll be skiing at Heavenly Ski Resort today; which is incredibly convenient, being located right down the street from us!
