A Day on the Slopes at Brighton Ski Resort

Hey Folks!      GREETINGS from Park City, Utah

I'm sitting here blogging while watching the snowfall. It is so beautiful. I feel like I'm in a shaken up snow globe right about now.

After talking to Dominic yesterday he preferred not skiing today and taking a day off. We will be on the slopes again tomorrow and Sunday.   

We skied up, down and all around the Brighton Ski Resort yesterday. There were no lines and no crowds - it was awesome!  If only all days could be like that on the slopes. With all the miles that we skied, one could say that we really earned a day off. 

We headed out on a scenic drive to the Big Cottonwood Canyon where both the Brighton Ski Resort and the Solitude Ski Resort are located.

Unloaded our equipment and we were off and running...well not literally, but we were making a beeline for the chair lift.

We had a fabulous day on the slopes and then at the end of the day after taking up the last lift to the top at 4pm, our day on the slopes had come to an end and it was time for us to head into Salt Lake City.

We had some shopping to do and chose Vertical Diner to have dinner at. Then at 9:30p we were picking up our friend Matt from the Salt Lake City Airport.

And since today is a day off of the slopes, we are gonna enjoy the snowfall, show Matt around town and do some sightseeing.
