Busy Sunday - Starting our Travelin' Cousins Book of Vegan Restaurant Faves

Good morning guys!! Sorry but this will be a quick one today. 

I dropped the girls off for their community service at Jo Mar Grooming, to help out with the fur babies! This will complete Kelsey's requirement for this school year and Gianna is half-way there for her's. 

I'm running off to do laundry, food shopping and squeeze in a bit of writing.  

Did we mention to you that we are embarking on a vegan directory of sorts of our favorite Vegan restaurants around the world?

Well, we are moving full-speed ahead!!  I'll be doing some organization and layouts to review with my dear cuz.  We will also be working with a graphic artist to assist us in making it look as visually lovely and appealing as possible!

This is something we will keep you posted on!!

A road trip to Arizona - Vegan Eats, Treats, Old Town Scottsdale & Spring Training Baseball!

Hi there and happy Sunday to you and yours.

GREETINGS from Phoenix, Arizona!

We hungrily arrived into town yesterday morning and headed straight for the hot new happening vegan eatery Verdura...

The interior was hip and happening and of course I forgot to take a picture of it! DUH!  But after tasting the yummy and delish brunch foods  my plan is to now go back there for an early dinner tomorrow before the game.

With full bellies our next stop was to Old Town Scottsdale.
