School's Out for the SummerSo happy that school's out! Today is officially the beginning of summer for us. I know the girls are looking forward to a few days of just relaxing, with no schedules. Truth to be told, I could use a few of those days as well. That being said, I'm still going to plan a few fun things to do in the day with the girls! I will let you know what those are as soon as we get a plan together. I found this great site with tons of ideas - many of them free - for 'traveling' local with kids in the NYC area. I'm going to take a good long look at it and all the attached links. See what you think!!! FUN FOR KIDS NYC We are all looking forward to seeing Jersey Boys The Movie tonight! I can't believe it's finally here. Gianna is just as excited as I am! And actually, since Tedd is still out of town for a trial, I told him I would go again tomorrow night as well, since he was originally supposed to come with us tonight. So, it looks like I'll be seeing Jersey Boys twice this weekend! I can't wait to read Tanya's Foodie Friday feature today. She certainly has been finding some amazing places for vegan treats lately - even for non-vegans!! I forgot to mention that I bought a new camera this week and I'm super excited to use it. I have the battery charging now and I hope it's fully charged by the time I have to go to pick up the kids - want to get a "last day of school picture" today so I can do a before (September) and after (June) post tomorrow! Congrats to Cosette on her new Italian costume!!! You look adorable!! So, in honor of Jersey Boys opening today... "...I never heard a voice like Frankie Valli's. I've got a sweet treat for Foodie Friday! Both Elisa and I worked bunches and bunches on each of our respective trips - Italy and UK/Scandinavia. I did some updating on other pages as well, so that everything is constantly current for your viewing ease and pleasure! There are also even more pictures that have been added to our slide show! Back to the stables again today with Cosette for more riding. And later tonight we might even jump onboard with all of the Jersey Boys excitement and also go to catch their movie! Yesterday I received a call from the seamstress who was working on Cosette's new costume, to inform me that it was all ready for her to have a fitting. We went over and everything fit perfectly! I'll leave you with the first glance of Cosette in her new Italian costume!  BTW - I'm so excited for my little cousins last day of school! Yay!!!
