Tying up Loose Ends

Howdy!  Woke up this morning to sunshine and going to enjoy it all day because I understand much of the week is not going to be so nice, here on Long Island.  So happy this is the last week of school and everyone can just have relaxing mornings starting next week.  Today I have a busy morning with some loose ends to tie up -- have to get Kelsey's Brownie Troop registrations in so we are all set come September.  I also have an appointment at the Apple Store as I'm having some storage issues with my laptop.  That is clearly a priority with all the writing that I need to do!!

Let's take a look at this week:  I will be posting a review of The Big Apple Circus in Big Apple Circus: Big Fun  which I went to see this past Friday night with my family. Tomorrow, for "Travelin' Tuesdays" we will have another installment of Tanya & Elisa's New Mexico Road Trip Planning. Plus, I have been making lots of progress with my Italy Trip Planning and will have lots of new additions on our finalized activities for Rome posted! I believe Tanya has some interesting tidbits to share with us as well about her weekend trip to Santa Barbara!  I will be sharing a Throwback Thursday story later this week and of course, we will tie up it all up with
Foodie Fridays brought to you by Tanya!  Of course there will be lots in between as well!

I just cannot wait to see Jersey Boys The Movie, this coming weekend!!  Anyone else planning on going to see it?  YAY!! So happy to hear Tanya will be going to see Jersey Boys on Friday too!!!

Another Monday!

Welcome to a new week! Can you believe that it's already the middle of June??? Crazy!

In less than a month we'll be in NYC, and from that point on it'll be non-stop until September!
Luckily all of our plans are pretty much set. But Dave B. still needs his ticket to Philly, and I do still need to order the tickets on a few baseball games! Let the summer begin! 

I'm definitely looking forward to all the traveling, visiting, and stops that will be made in the next few months. What I'm not at all looking forward to is the EXTREME heat that comes with the summer. In NY we'll be dealing with the very yucking humidity, and in CA the stupid temperatures get so freakin high that it sucks the life right out of us. Thank God for A/C!!
I am soooo glad that one of my trips this summer will take me far away from the heat and to the very overcast and not at all so hot UK and Norway - YES!! *insert fist pump here*

Today definitely is a day to tie up loose end as Elisa noted. Mondays are perfect for that! In addition to all the tying, I will be sharing my weekend to Santa Barbara with you (hopefully ready to publish by tomorrow), working on the NM Road Trip with Elisa, adding info to the UK planning page, and adding a brand new page for the planning of our Iceland trip! As well as all the rest of the fun stuff that will inevitably go on in between!

Although I've yet to catch Jersey Boys on stage, I'm pretty sure that we too will be going to see the movie this coming weekend. With all of Elisa's excitement about the story and her wonderful review, she's definitely got me very hyped to see this film!!
