11 Las Vegas Must Dos for the First Timer!​

Howdy folks!!

Looks like I'll be spending a great deal of time in front of the laptop today.

Not only am I working on a number of travel articles, but I'm also going to catch up on a bit of travel research and bookings for mine and the girls' Fall trip to Las Vegas.

You may remember that back a few weeks ago, I make a list of 6 Las Vegas activities I had added to my agenda.

These included:

• THE EIFFEL TOWER EXPERIENCE - PARIS LAS VEGAS 
• 2. SHARK REEF AQUARIUM - MANDALAY BAY 
• ADVENTUREDOME THEME PARK - CIRCUS CIRCUS  LAS VEGAS HOTEL & CASINO
• GONDOLA RIDE AT THE VENETIAN - THE VENETIAN HOTEL-CASINSO
• BELLAGIO CONSERVATORY & BOTANICAL GARDENS - BELLAGIO LAS VEGAS HOTEL
• RED ROCK CANYON NATIONAL CONSERVATION AREA -  LAS VEGAS

Well, today, I'm going to read about these, along with my Kelsey, (who loves to travel plan like her mom!) and plot out an itinerary based on location on the strip and how each activity fits in with the rest of "the Cousins" schedule during this trip that celebrates Cosette's 18th birthday.

Our trip will be taking place over Columbus Day Weekend (October 10 - 15), which should give us plenty of time to see the sights, shop and of course, eat!!

As of now, there are only two items on the itinerary for the trip

1. Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area visit and picnic with with my dear old friend, Abby. We have not seen each other in a few years, so there will be lots to catch up on and my guess is that we will spend the entire day with her and her boyfriend, Peter. (This is planned for Saturday, October 12th)
2. Cosette's Celebration Dinner - this is on the calendar for Sunday, October 13th, at the restaurant of Cosette's choice - TBD!!)

I'll keep you updated as I make progress slotting everything on our list (and more) in specific days.

Today also happens to be Tuesday, and this is the weekday that me and my gang hit the movies!

You may recall that last week, I waited too long to order tickets and AMC was sold out of all Tuesday showings.

Well, I jumped right on top of things this week and pre-ordered my tickets over the weekend to guarantee good seats!!

Movie time is 10:30pm this evening!  Looking forward to it!!
