Holiday Shopping

Well, hello there!!

It does not feel like Tuesday at all. In fact, I have been doing so much this week, that I feel like it should be Friday!! It's been a very productive and festive few days, for sure.

I managed to get the following done in the past two days - and yes, most of this was done this morning before 10AM!!!

• Food Shopping for the week
• Laundry
• Create, order and pick up Christmas cards
• Purchase extended family gifts and mail
• Purchase Punkin's gift (of course, my fur baby gets a gift!)
• Last minute toiletries for Dominican Republic trip (this Saturday)
• Purchase stamps for Christmas cards
• Buy Kelsey's school Secret Santa gift 
• Purchase a few last minute gifts for my girlies

Now, all I have left to do is write out my cards, which I'll do this afternoon, and I am pretty well done!

In travel news...
The girls and I are packed and ready to go to Puerto Plata, with the exception of a few last minute incidentals to throw in our suitcases.  

In the past, I would make a taxi reservation, but these days, I've been using Uber.  It is definitely less expensive.

Our flight leaves at 8:30 Saturday morning, so we'll be leaving before the sun is even up! My dear little Punkin will need to be dropped off for a week of boarding the night before.  But, not to worry - I bought my girl a plastic candy cane full of Greenies(R), a new blanket to bring with her and a new sweater!

I'll be moving right along after the holidays in the planning of our Cousin's Taste of Sicily Trip.  Hopefully, the week of New Year's, Tanya and I can find some time to finalize our itinerary so we can get busy with bookings!

Well, I'm going to tackle writing our my cards now.

Holiday Parties and Performances

Good Day Folks!

It's another early one out here on the west coast. I just wanted to bop on here before it got too late like last night. But it's like they say better late than never - South Coast Plaza - a shoppers paradise

We got in a bit later than I had expected from our Holiday Party last night, where much fun was had!

The kids and adults alike all had a great time. There were gifts, games, great friends and good food. What else could you ask for?
