Are you ready for Christmas?

Here I am.  It was quite lovely to not wake up and rise before the sun this morning, as has become my typical wake up lately.

Not to say that I won't be busy or have a lot of running around to do. Because with only 10 days until Christmas you know that I do!!

We've finally got a tree up. We went Christmas tree shopping with Dave B., Cosette, my mom, Michael, Violet and Mika a few nights ago.

What I found out was that this was actually Violet's first time ever Christmas Tree shopping!!

It's so interesting to think that something that I'm sure I take for granted - although I do enjoy the tradition of it. Is also something that some people have never even experienced.

Anyhow, we got the Christmas tree home and the tree has been propped up in the living room because we couldn't find our stand.

So aside from not really having the time to decorate, there was an obstacle in which we could not begin to decorate.

​Luckily the tree stand was located yesterday and hopefully we get around to decorating soon.

I'm getting closer. And had a successful visit to some stores last night and online today. But still not quite ready. So therefore I must go out and hit the stores with my credit cards once again!!

Then later tonight we are going with a group of friends to a sneak preview of Aqua Man.
