12 Fun Facts About Grand Turk Island
Hello and Happy Friday! Doesn't feel like a Friday, but I'm not going to complain since Gianna's week of prep classes at her new High School are over today.
Whew! I can sleep slightly later tomorrow.
Tomorrow, Gianna and I will be going to the hair salon to get beautified!! Both of us gals will be getting some color done.
I'll show you the final works of hair art tomorrow!
As for today, it's a hot one here on Long Island and most of the city. There is a heat advisory and I can tell you, it's terribly humid outside.
My plan is to get to the gym mid-afternoon. My gym rat partner, Gianna does not like going to work out until later at night, but, mom gets a bit tired. So, what I've been doing is going earlier with Kelsey each day to work out and then I double back in the evening for Gianna to do her work out.
I manage to get some writing done and she's happy since she gets in her daily exercise.
Yesterday was a day filled with writing. As you know, Friday is the day that Travelin' Cousins is featured in ThisIsTheBronx.info with a new and exciting article about the beloved borough of the Bronx!

Morris High School, part of the landmarked Morris High School Historic District, was built in 1897. It’s now called the Morris Educational Campus. (photo: Inside Schools)

In fact their land holdings, at one time, included most of the Bronx as well as much of New Jersey! Read more in my article,
