From Vegas to SoCalHere I am back in SoCal. I arrived at around 3:30am last night coming back from Las Vegas. It was a mellow visit in most all aspects of what Vegas is all about. But the one thing I did manage was to find some good grub. I told you all about our breakfast at Tiabi yesterday and now I'll share with you our dinner from Nacho Daddy - where although I don't live in Vegas - I'm starting to feel like a regular.  Vegan Queso Dip (c)travelincousins.com  Vegan Enchiladas (c)travelincousins.com  My go to order - Vegan Fajita Salad (c)travelincousins.com After our very late night dinner, it was all about getting on the road and getting back to SoCal. So apparently when I walked into my room there must've been a surprise bouquet on my bureau waiting for me... But since it was dark and I made a beeline for my bed - I saw no such thing! Then this morning - on Dave B. and my 10th anniversary, I zipped out of my room to get dressed and ready for the gym. When I came out, Dave had arrived with my fresh squeezed Grapefruit Juice and he had asked if I noticed anything. I hadn't, he then pointe in the direction of the bouquet and it was lovely.    I had quite a bit of running around after my workout and when I got home I had to take care of laundry and finish packing. Now I'm ready to go! And of course while everything else is happening, I still manage to keep on booking on. Breckenridge Ski Trip is BOOKED. Okay well, I'm mighty hungry and we have dinner reservations at Crossroads Kitchen. Luckily there isn't much traffic. Oh yeah didn't I mention that I was writing to you from the passenger seat of a moving vehicle! Time for me to go.
