Elisa's Daily ScoopMonday - AgainGood Day to you!!  Well, I'm back in the routine after only two days of returning from my Cousins Yellowstone Road Trip. Have lots of fun stuff to do today (NOT!!!) -laundry, dinner, making some piles of stuff to get rid of around the house. Nothing like being pulled right out of the vacation mode lol. However, I will say, there's a bunch of great "to do's" on my calendar for the coming month! And I AM excited about it. Here's a few of them in May: > April 29th Get Together with Marta to Discuss Budapest My friend Marta is a native of Budapest and she was so sweet to offer to take a look at mine and Tanya's sightseeing and activity plans for our upcoming trip to Budapest and give us her suggestions!! I'll be meeting her this Wednesday to discuss and of course, catch up and enjoy each other's company! > May 2nd Kids going to Horse Back Riding With the warm weather, it will be nice to be out east for the day. > May 9th Denise Birthday Celebration We are planning a fun night out in the city for a Birthday Bash for my Bestie!!  Me and Dad in February in Boca Raton > May 15th Family Celebration of 3 Birthdays!! May is a busy birthday month in my family - Dad turns 80 and Gianna turns 11 - both on May 16th (Yes! They share a birthday!) and Rebecca turns 25 on May 17th. Two major milestones this year!!! We'll be having a family celebration and cake on the 15th.  May 20th NYC Ballet Performance of West Side Story Suite I cannot wait to see this ballet choreographed by Jerome Robbins!!! I'll be attending this with my Aunt Ro. Should be a fun night. May 22nd-24th Fleet Week NYC at Pier 88 I am planning to take the kids into the city, hopefully on the Saturday of this weekend. Thought it would be a fun day! May 24th Gigi on Broadway I'll be taking the kids to see Vanessa Hudgens in this show along with my parents - a fun day out!  NYC Ballet - West Side Story Suite choreographed by Jerome Robbins (CLICK PICTURE FOR MORE INFORMATION) I'm sure more things will pop up on my calendar for May in the coming weeks! Gonna get my day going!! Have a good one!! -E xoxo  | Tanya's Daily ScoopCAUTION: Busy week ahead!It sure is a windy day here is Orange County, California. How's everyone faring this fine Monday? Were you the weekend warrior or did you relax and enjoy your downtime? Were you out taxing the kids to sporting tournaments or were in the Mall charging away on your credit cards??  We got straight to business yesterday and hit up the Brea Mall in quest of the perfect gifts for dear sweet Chaplin. Once finished shopping, I think we all felt pretty good about our purchases... And hopefully she flashes one of her beautiful little smiles as she tears away at the wrapping on her big day!  Last month at the Aquarium with little Chaplin This week is gonna be filled with all of the regular hustle and bustle as well as a full list of to do's to prep for our upcoming trip! Can you believe that we leave in 4 days?! We only just got back, and heck I still have to unpack!!! It's actually the ongoing joke that I shouldn't ever unpack! But do ya really think that I'm gonna bring the same things/clothes on all of my travels?!?! That would be absurd! I can't dress the same for my pictures! Anyhow this past weekend was my LAST weekend at "home" (although I was hardly here) for a while... Be sure to come back tomorrow to find out WHERE IN THE WORLD I WILL BE!!! So back to yesterday...we never did manage a bike ride, but instead we replaced it with some late night tennis!  All was going well and we were having much fun and then the lights went out on us! We attempted to turn them back on and nothing was happening, so I opted for us to continue playing in the dark...it wasn't pitch black - yet!  Eventually after a cooling off period the lights had briefly come back on.  I say briefly only because after a short while EVERYTHING went pitch black at 10pm! As far as today goes, we have our usual Monday Choir rehearsal. And I'm thinking that since the rest of my week is so darn busy that I might take Cosette to go see Dream today - she has no idea! I already returned my road trip rental early this morning back to Hertz with the additional 3,600 miles on it! Glad I have that chore out of the way, so I don't need to worry about it this afternoon!
