Sopranos' in Garden City, Long Island
Well hello my Lovelies!!
Here we are, nearing the end of the week and boy, what a busy week it has been!! Running around from appointment to appointment with my Dad and I'm happy to say, he's doing great! We are half-way through his radiation treatments and he is finally out of pain and doing wonderfully drinking all the healthy juices that my sister is preparing! One step at a time!
Some pretty exciting news from Garden City, Long Island this week!! For those of you who are familiar with the old HBO Show, The Sopranos', they are now underway with a new feature length movie, which is the "prequel" to the the show, called "The Many Saints of Newark."
Filming was underway in Garden City for two days of filming!! According to Newsday, about 250 cast and crew members, including Michael Gandolfini, the son of late "Sopranos" star James Gandolfini, were on the site over the two days, staging nearby and shooting at the funeral home.

Adding things to the road trip
Hey Folks!
I'm so glad you made it back here to visit Elisa and I. As you can tell, we have both been very busy cousins! But the good news is that we are both here (as we should be). It's pretty darn warm today here in SoCal - I'm not liking it one bit. And I can hardly believe that it's already Thursday... While I'm rather excited about going on my soon upcoming road trip - I also cannot believe that it is only 4 days away!!!
My friends and I are pretty stoked with this "last minute" plan and while I was working on the driving schedule and route and discussing it with another friend I was asked if I was heading to Houston to go see a baseball game...
I initially said no because that wasn't part of the plan. But after I got to thinking about it and taking a look at the Houston Astros schedule... So guess what - I added it into our schedule! Woo Hoo!! Sure my friends, family and even you might think that I'm a bit crazy. But that's just me! Now enjoy a few photos from the last time I was in Houston:
Well I'm off for now.
