Surprise Trip!Hello there. And a big warm welcome back to you! How are you doing out there (wherever you are)? Things are good over here, but I don't quite know why they feel so much more busy and hectic than usual. But whateves. I'm dealing with it. After a most full day of running around yesterday, I had gone with a friend of mine out for a drive to Palm Springs. It wasn't a day trip or anything or the sort. It was actually a chore to pick something up. However while driving I came up with a super fun and rather spontaneous idea...  You might have noticed that my NEXT TRIP countdown has already been adjusted... And you know how much I love road trips...  On the road back from Palm Springs (c)travelincousins.com  Scenery around Palm Springs (c)travelincousins.com Well I thought why the heck not ask a couple of friends if they would be game for a quick road trip... Both friends loved the idea! And so we are going on a quick turn around road trip out to Arizona and into New Mexico then to Houston and back. I'm a rather structured gal and really don't do last minute plans or heavens forbid spontaneous things. So this idea although it was a week away was very exciting and a little scary for me to commit to. But I think it will be great fun - although not super pretty. Maybe next time I can figure out how to take a quick round trip road trip to somewhere pretty. LOL Anyhow - now I'm going on a road trip to Arizona and to Texas next week!!!  Always something fun around every bend. Life is just full of little and big surprises and I love it! Gonna keep it short and sweet for ya.
