Lookie who made it online!
Hi there (insert wave here).
It's been quite a busy few days. This is the first time that I'll turning on my computer and the first time that I have more than a few minutes to sit down and take care of a few things here and there. What I don't have time for right now (as much as I'd love to) is to actually catch up with you guys... But I'll give you a brief synopsis. We've been home from our annual wonderful mountain biking adventures in Moab as of early morning on Monday. Here are just a few pictures from Sunday:
Getting back to socal with just enough time to get 2 hours of sleep before getting up and starting my crazy Monday that was filled with lots of driving and then eventually some more driving in order to get us out to Long Beach for choir rehearsal.
As per our usual we stopped along the way at our favorite Vietnamese eatery - Thien Dang.
I also had a board meeting to call to order on that evening.
What a very busy day that was. And then what did I forget to do? Turn my alarm on for the following morning (yesterday), causing me to wake up almost 20 minutes late in a sheer state of panic. That was no fun! Luckily that wee little 20 minutes didn't have any negative effects on my day. Of course my day was filled with plenty-o-more running around, taking the kids here and there, shopping, appointments, chores, and I did get to hang out with a couple of friends for a little while over some Acai Bowls. Today isn't expected to be all that special and tonight aside from taking Dominic to a class, I need just the slightest trim of my bangs. I'm starting to look a bit emo - if that's even still a thing. I know it's only HUMP-DAY but I'm looking ahead to the weekend, which will also be quite busy with shopping, performances, etc. I'll be filling ya in on Friday. But I will be here (local) for the rest of the month, so things kinda sorta should settle down just a bit. I'm so behind that I haven't even had time to tackle the mountain of laundry that I walk by every day. Luckily the kids manage their own laundry in times of Mommy-hecticness. And mommy still needs to unpack from my road trip to Arizona and Utah and of course from my Annual Mountain Biking Adventures in Moab trip. Alrighty enough about me talking about all the stuff I need to do and time to get to it! I'll bop on here tomorrow and depending on my progress, I might even have the time to catch up a bit more.
