On the Travelin' Cousins recent visit to Toronto, Canada; this Vegan Travelin' Cousin had done plenty of vegan foodie research to see what might have tempted me on this short little visit and guess what me and my sweet tooth found... Several vegan bakeries!!
I just had to figure out how to fit it into our schedule...(traveling with some non-vegans)

I've got it!
I figured that I needed to get the vegans and all those interested up and out of the house earlier than we had been getting out and about for our other touring and sightseeing.
The plan was to hit 3 of my top choices - which was based on their websites, reviews and menu choices.
My obvious choice for number one was TBC (Through Being Cool) Bakery, number two was the Vegan Danish Bakery.
I won't mention what the third one was, because after all the goodies that we bought at the first two bakeries, we never got around to going to number 3.
But there is a special unexpected treat at the bottom!!

Once we got back with the rest of our gang and spent the afternoon out and about, it was time for lunch and us vegans (I) had decided that we were going to try some Toronto style vegan pizza from Apiecalypse Now (more on this pizza joint at a later date), but get this...it's not only a Pizza joint but a Pizza joint and a donut shoppe - SAY WHAT!

Well that my friends was our over indulgent day and it was soooo worth it!
And just so you know, if you are ever in Toronto and need to choose which bakery to go to the clear choice is TBC; and YES I will be doing a full FOODIE FRIDAY feature on Through Being Cool Bakery, because it was THAT GOOD!!
