We're going through Oregon! With stops in Eugene, and one of the vegan capitals itself PORTLANDIA!!!
Let me apologize ahead of time as, I'm so very sorry that technology isn't quite up to speed yet with things like tastavision or smellavision.
But I assure you that the taste and smell of these dishes would be making you drool all over your screen!
From sweet treats to savory delights, we were in food heaven!
There wasn't one dish that we didn't salivate over and scrape our plates clean.

While Dominic had loved the love dust from Paradox Cafe
I actually even got 5 "holy craps" and "this place makes me happy" - from my 13 year old daughter Cosette while we were eating at Paradox Cafe!
Located on a the VERY VEGAN FRIENDLY Belmont street -
the kids both agreed:
I love this street "Belmont" it's got breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
We were so full when we walked out of Paradox, but...
It's just so so so GOOD!
An award winning too!!!
WINNING the 2014 Vegan Iron Chef - Ultimate Mac & Cheese Showcase!!
