So we've all heard that Vegas can be one wild and crazy town.
My little short story aka Throwback, takes us back to early 2006 when I was heading to Sin City to visit a good friend of mine that had moved there for work.
Well little did I know that the time I chose to go was during the "Adult" (Porn) Convention!
Okay, so what does that have to do with my life...
I'll tell ya - first however let me fill in the rest of the pieces that went along with this trip.
The original plan was to go to Vegas on my own.
Ya know do the solo thang, and then hang out with my buddy whenever possible.
However what wound up happening instead was that I had 2 friends that had wanted to tag along for the ride and the weekend.
*While I'm not sure if this is pertinent information or not - I will disclose that I am no longer friends with these 2 individuals.

So as the story goes, I said okay to these 2 and the 3 of us went to Las Vegas.
Since my buddy had a schedule that kept him working until late in the evening, I hung out with my "friends" and we checked out the sights on the strip.
| We had slowly began to notice that I was getting "looks", people were pointing at me, and wanting to take my picture! What the heck is going on here we wondered... Then we found out that these "people" thought that I was an actor from the convention! OMG I thought! Then I thought OMG again and figured that I could have some fun with this situation... I let my "friends" in on my little plan, and we set out to "play along"! |  |
The female friend that I was traveling with was now my assistant, and the male friend that I was traveling with was my bodyguard!
So for the rest of the weekend I was this "actor" and people had to go through my mini entourage before approaching me or talking to me.
It was actually quite entertaining and much more fun than I could've ever imagined!!!

Later in the evenings when I wanted to hang out with my buddy, I couldn't quite get away from these other 2 without being rude - so they came along and it was all kinda weird.
Ya see my buddy really never liked these 2 "friends"...
And that was my very interesting weekend in Las Vegas during the "adult"convention!
