A bit disappointed (but not surprised) that I am not the winner of the Power Ball jackpot. Congratulations to the winners!! It was certainly an exciting couple of weeks!
Anyhoo, today is Throwback Thursday. There are some interesting events happening right now that harken back to the "day." Retro is so in these days for both the baby boomer generation as well as the newer generation who is intrigued by the old.

'80s vs. '90s Party With Stifler's Mom & DJ Gerotica

How about a real retro trick back in time to the 80's and 90's! New York's The Cutting Room features a cover band and a DJ face off. Stifler's Mom pays homage to the last decade of the 20th century with its very own "Band Camp" horn section. With grunge hits from Pearl Jam, No Doubt, pure pop from the Spice Girls, hip-hop from The Notorious B.I.G. and more, Stifler's Mom gets the party going with props, crazy costumes, movie clips, sound bites and plenty of other GenX/Y madness. DJ Gerotica will be representing the '80s, spinning the best hits from the Age of Excess.
