It also features a magical comedy show (or a comedic magic show) by Jim McClenahan, a "canine cabaret," a barnyard game show, a hayride sing-a-long, the Tricks for Treats Exotic Bird Show, and a performing horse show appropriately titled "Horses Horses Horses!" There's also no shortage of food with the likes of roasted corn, candy apples, or fresh funnel cake. Lewin Farms, Calverton 812 Sound Avenue, Calverton, NY Phone: 631.929.4327 Free Another family-run farm, Lewin is fourth-generation and offers pumpkins as well as many other fruits and vegetables including apples, eggplant, peppers, and tomatoes. The first pick-your-own farm on Long Island, "U-Pick Pumpkins" starts today, October 14th. Their corn maze spans over five acres and has a different design every year. There you have it!! I've got to get moving here and get a few errands done before the kiddies get back from school. Have a great one!! -E xoxo | Tanya's Daily Scoop |
