Updates and Oldies
So here we are again on a TBT! Glad you could make it.
Since yesterday was a pretty mellow day, so I don't have a bunch to report.
However one thing that I did was look more closely into the location of our rental Apartment for Krakow, it wasn't quite where I wanted to be... I want to be in "Stare Miasto" - Old Town. So I looked up some other hotels with better, more central locations, and after a brief discussion with Elisa, we agreed that I would change our reservations to something in the heart of things!
The new hotel I found looks just lovely, and Elisa was quite excited about it (being that it was someplace on her list that she had wanted to check out while we were there anyhow!) *We will announce the property after our stay. Read more about this exciting trip HERE.
Another thing I was looking into was a road trip that I'm working on for next year - it's in the initial stages, but so far it's coming along fantastic and I'm already looking quite forward to it! More on this on TRAVELIN' TUESDAY!
I have also added some more pictures to my photo gallery. Check it out HERE. I hope you like them!
And as for today, Cosette has a horseback riding lesson and then Dominic has his classes later tonight. Aside from errands and chores, that's about all for me.
Now for some fun in pictures...TBT pictures that is! Each and every week I flip through old photo albums (some older than others) and I go back in time to find the selections for the week.
Sometimes it makes me laugh and other times it makes me cry. Looking at all of the kids - Dominic, Cosette, Mika, and Chaplin...they just grow too darn fast! I love them to death now, but I sure do miss their little selves too!
Now be sure and take the time to check out the fun TBT pictures that Elisa has shared today, along with her feature TBT story. Read it HERE.
Check out that picture of my cousins Elisa and Danielle - don't they look like twins?! Wish I coulda been there to cheer on Nolan too - I love baseball and I'm quite competitive, so I love love love rooting on the kiddos when they are out there giving their all. GO NOLAN!
That's about all she (me) wrote for today!
I'll be back here tomorrow to share some yummy food finds for my turn at featuring FOODIE FRIDAY.
Please be sure and vote for us (on the side bar), thanks in advance! <3
Have a great day! Ciao 4 Now, -T

Throwin' Back to 2002
Hello there!!! Welcome back!
As you can see, it's Throwback Thursday and me and Tanya are psyched about it! - as usual!
I have a cute little story to share with you about a trip I took back in 2002 with Tedd and my parents to "Amish Country" in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It was a weekend of eating and shopping! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!!
CLICK HERE for the whole story "Food Glorious Food in Lancaster, PA"!!

So, back to the present... As the mother of girls who are not into competitive sports, I have not been able to attend kids' sporting events.
Well, thanks to my sis, Danielle, who has boys that are involved in every single sport, I am lucky enough to be a cheering aunt!
Yesterday, I took Gianna and Kelsey to watch my nephew Nolan's baseball game.
Danielle & I freezing at Nolan's baseball game yesterday
I can sum up the entire experience yesterday in a word ... WINDY!
The game, on the south shore of Long Island was at a field that was not to far from the water and the result was LOTS of WIND.
We were not dressed appropriately - I was wearing a sleeveless top and forgot a jacket and poor Gianna wore shorts and a tank top and was smart enough to bring a jacket. But, here dear OLD mother confiscated it from her.
Yes, I know, how could I do that! But, she's young and was riding her scooter and moving around and I figured she could warm up (I hope you are buying this poor excuse for depriving my freezing daughter of her jacket!).
My nephew, Nolan - looking at the camera with the "A" cap
Nolan "on deck"
Nolan at bat
Nolan was adorable - in the dugout, up on deck and then up at bat!! I can't believe this kid was born the same year (2002) as my Throwback Thursday story today! How did the past 12 years go by so fast??
Anyway, I do enjoy going to these games! It's a lot of fun! Looking forward to many more!
So, folks, this is a short one because "Your's truly" did not finish her Throwback Thursday story in advance and I have to get it done now!!
Enjoy all of our old pics today - Tanya's got some adorable ones on her Daily Scoop - look at how little Dominic & Cosette are!!! Too Cute.
See ya back here tomorrow for Foodie Friday and lots of delicious pics from my favorite Cousin!!!
Have a stupendous day!! And please don't forget to vote!! --->>>--->>>--->>> by clicking the Top Mommy Blogs Icon.
