Happy Hump DayToday has some fun activities in store for me. I'm starting off the day with my usual and customary walk. Then, early this afternoon, I have Kelsey's last Brownie meeting for the year, and to celebrate, we are having an ice cream sundae party. I then have a cocktail party this evening with my husband for a networking group to which he belongs. You can bet I'll be bringing lots of business cards and will be talkin' up Travelin' Cousins! Tanya and I are so happy that our Facebook following is almost at 100! Please help us hit this milestone before the weekend! Tell your friends and share our site. We are so grateful to all of you who are subscribed to our blog already!! Well, I did warn you that I would be complaining at some point this week about the rainy weather - well here it comes. I'm done with the cloudy, humid, ickiness!!! I'm looking forward to a sunshiny day tomorrow. Just in time to go back in time on a travel adventure with Tanya! Hey, Tanya - I had to find out on TC that you are going to the Statue of Liberty on Friday after Thanksgiving - lol - how would you like some tag along cousins with ya??? That's all folks - have a great day - more in store for you tomorrow! LOL!Here on the West Coast today, I'll be finishing up my story for tomorrow's Throwback Thursday; as well as working on the submission list for both our stories and photos. We sure have lots to do in the next coming weeks to continue our growth and moving forward in the direction which we'd like to see our site going. I also have lots of little chores to tend to and to work on some of the upcoming trips that I have planned. The lack of planning Hawaii is just driving me a bit crazy! Yesterday, I spent a good amount of time narrowing down vegan restaurants for the London portion of our UK trip in August. See the list here! I also made sure to book our tickets to the Statue of Liberty with Crown Access. Being that this will be taking place the day after Thanksgiving, I figured we should definitely check that one off of our list! We will actually be spending Thanksgiving in NY this year with Elisa, Danielle, and the rest of the family. It's definitely been a few years since we've had a Thanksgiving back in NY, and many many many years since we would've spent one with this part of our clan! We'll also be taking the kids to see the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade that morning. It'll be the first time for Dominic, Cosette, and Dave! But I'm a big fan of parades and I'm probably looking just as forward to going (if not even MORE)! A big shout out to all of our lovely supporters on Facebook! We are almost up to 100! Thank you all & please keep in touch with us! We also have quite a few Instagram fans, who seem to really enjoy the photos that we share on that site. Hopefully you guys can all mix and mingle in one big online party! Invite your friends! "Follow Your Dreams or Spend the Rest of Your Life Working for Someone who DID!" -Unknown Cheerio Chaps, -T |
