I had yet another super full fun day of shopping yesterday...
It all started with me going with Dave C. and making some rounds, and then once he was done, it was then time to go with my mom who wanted/needed to go shopping.
So off I went again, and this time it was me, my mom, and Cosette heading to the Irvine Spectrum to fill some of Santa's sack...
But that's not all, because once my mom had her fill, it then was time to go hit the stores and go shopping with Dave B.!
With all of the shopping, my mom, Cosette and I had definitely worked up a appetite and while at the Spectrum we decided to hit Veggie Grill.
Drizzling Buffalo sauce on Mac 'n Cheese!
Cosette going in for a bite of this bad boy!
While we were there we noticed that (being that it was opening night for Star Wars and the world is FULL of so many Star Wars fans) there came a time of the day when people were coming out of the woodwork dressed in all sorts of Star Wars themed costumes. It was seriously like a Star Wars Halloween!
As far as today goes, we are kicking off the weekend with...GUESS WHAT???
And once the sun goes down we are heading to Newport Beach for nice a stroll around Balboa Island to watch the 107th Newport Beach Boat Parade! FUN fun FUN! Plenty-o-pics to come tomorrow...
But that's not all...tonight we start WRAPPING!
It's gonna be a LONG day. In fact every day until Boxing Day is gonna be LONG!

Finally Florida Friday
Yay!!! Friday is finally here!
I have been waiting for the end of this week...well, all week! And it's finally here.
Later today, I take off with my girlies to Florida for a fun-filled, family holiday.
My bags are packed and ready to go (sounds like a song!) and with a few minor things to be thrown into the kids' carry-ons, we are completely ready.
The other great news is that there are only 7 days till Christmas!!! It's going to be NICE to be in the warm sunshine celebrating this year!!
I'm interested in exploring things there are to do for Christmas in South Florida so, after checking in with the website, South Florida Finds, I was happy to see there are a number of family friendly events happening in the area this coming week...
Santa's Enchanted Forest For many South Floridians, this Christmas theme park has become an annual tradition as well as visitors from around the globe, possibly those from up north (like Long Island lol).
It features over a million twinkling lights and 100+ Xmas-themed games, rides, and shows. There are more than 100,000 visitors each year. The park opens October 30 and runs through January 4th each year.
Holiday Fantasy of Lights Located at Tradewinds Park in Pompano Beach, Florida, the Holiday Fantasy of Lights features 3 miles of animated Christmas lights, themed for the holidays and designed to be enjoyed from the comfort of your car.
You can tune into the special radio station advertised at the front of the park, which plays great holiday classics, sure to fill you with holiday cheer!
Schooner Wharf Bar and Galley Lighted Boat Parade The Schooner Wharf Bar and Galley Lighted Boat Parade is a great Christmas event for families looking to relax. The Lighted Boat Parade is a competition amongst local boaters and business owners to see who can design the most festive boat display.
The winner walks away with $25,000 in cash and prizes. In addition to the aquatic parade, there are musical performances to enjoy.
Hoffman's Chocolates Winter Wonderland Hoffman's Chocolate Shoppe, located in Greenacres, Florida created this Christmas-inspired event. It features festive activities for kids of all ages, as well as whimsical animated holiday displays, fountains, live fish, and even an "It's a Small World" display. Mr. and Mrs. Clause are available for portraits and meet-and-greets every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until the day before Christmas Eve. Of course, the focus of this event is none other than (my favorite), Chocolate, which is in full supply at the Hoffman's Chocolate shop!
Ok, well, I think I have fit a few of these into my schedule!!
